Free Legal Assistance

The Law Library at the Circuit Court for Howard County offers a Civil Non-Domestic Self-Help Center, for low-income, self-represented litigants, on Mondays and Tuesdays from 9:30 a.m. to noon. An attorney will be available for free consultation on how to represent yourself and complete forms for civil matters, such as landlord/tenant, small claims, contracts, and foreclosures.

Sierra Club Outing

The Sierra Club of Howard County will hold a trip to Great Falls, VA, on Aug. 23, for a moderate, 6-mile hike overlooking the Potomac River.
